Christian Ministry Inbound Call Center CSR's at World-Wide Christian Multi-Media Ministry, Bedford, TX

WE ARE INTERVIEWING AND HIRING NOW FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES/ PRAYER PARTERS (CSR'S) to support a rapidly-growing Christian Broadcast Ministry in continuing their mission to Spread the Good News of Jesus Christ.  We have significant 2nd and 3rd shift openings.

These two-week project positions are a GREAT opportunity to earn extra income for those with a desire to give some time each Spring and Fall in His service for this dynamic, world-wide Christian Television Ministry. As a 501(c)3 organization, all applicants must be born-again Christians and have a heart of service.

As a customer service representative, you will handle incoming World-Wide calls, primarily to accept callers' commitments to financially support this wonderful ministry and, on occasion, handle prayer requests.  (Full-time experienced prayer partners are on hand if you need assistance on these calls).
 

  • First Shift is Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM (with some slight variances during the 2nd week)
  • Second Shift is Monday through Friday 6:00 PM to 12 Midnight
  • Third Shift is Monday through Friday 12:00 AM to 8AM the first week, and slightly fewer hours the second week ($1 per hour pay differential also)
  • OVERTIME IS AVAILABLE
PAID TRAINING BEGINS THE WEEK OF FEBRUARY 13, 2012, so we need to hear from you right away!

OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES WILL:

 

  • Have a track record of honesty, integrity, confidentiality, and reliability
  • Be a born-again Christian with a heart of service
  • Demonstrate outstanding communications skills and telephone skills
  • Have reliable transportation and the ability to fulfill a strong commitment to the assigned days and hours  
  • Have good basic PC skills
  • Type by touch and be able to pass a typing test achieving a minimum of 25 WPM
  • Be able to efficiently and professionally handle inbound phone calls
  • Be able to work some weekend overtime in February
