Academy Sales Representative (Recruiter)

 

Through its virtual academies division, Glynlyon, Inc. ^® provides exciting, leading-edge educational opportunities to students and partner schools around the country. In our fully accredited academies which use our unique mastery learning approach, students log in and connect online to our faculty while engaging in exciting, media-rich learning experiences. This position will be responsible for helping Christian schools, and parents meet their needs along the way.

 

We are looking for motivated and results driven Sales Representative with strong interpersonal and communication skills to recruit students for our distance learning academy.  Duties and Responsibilities

 

• Initiate a high volume of outbound calls
• Identify potential customers from leads assigned
• Discover customers needs
• Maintaining inside sales-related records using the database
• Plan and schedule daily, weekly, and monthly objectives to meet short and long term goals

 

 

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient using computers and software applications (i.e. Microsoft Office)
• Proven sales record is a plus

• Able to work well in a team environment

 

Additional Preferred Skills/Qualifications:

 

• Knowledge of or experience in the Education Industry a plus
• Call Center experience desired
